Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
- .5 oz Passion-Fruit Liqueur
- 1 oz Passion-Fruit Puree
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Sugar Syrup Vanilla
- 2 oz Sparkling Wine
- .5 Passion Fruit Garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a passion fruit half.
- Serve with a sparkling wine sidecar (on the side).
