The Aussie Sailor
- 1 oz Gold Rum
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Lychee Liqueur
- 3 shakes Bitters
- top with Pale Ale
- Put the rum, Aperol, pineapple juice, lychee liqueur and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds.
Pour into a half pint mug. Drop in four or five ice cubes.
- Top up with Coopers Pale Ale.
Garnish with maraschino cherry.
