The Aussie Sailor

  • 1 oz Gold Rum
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Lychee Liqueur
  • 3 shakes Bitters
  • top with Pale Ale
  1. Put the rum, Aperol, pineapple juice, lychee liqueur and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 30 seconds.
    Pour into a half pint mug. Drop in four or five ice cubes.
  2. Top up with Coopers Pale Ale.
    Garnish with maraschino cherry.
