Hot Apple Pie with Sparks

  • .5 oz Irish Cream
  • .5 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
  • 1 Splash(s) OP Rum
  • 2-3 Pinch(s) Cinnamon Sugar
  1. Layer the Irish cream and Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps in a shot glass. Very gently. pour the Bacardi 151 on top. Carefully ignite the 151. Throw small handfuls of cinnamon powder on top 2 – 3 times to make sparks. Blow out and serve.
