Gaelic Flip

Fortify yourself with the Irish-whiskey-and-egg Gaelic Flip cocktail.

  • 1.25 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 tsp Allspice Liqueur
  • .33 oz Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Egg
  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify.
  2. Fill with ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into an Irish coffee mug or rocks glass and garnish with grated nutmeg.
