Cafe Zurich .5 oz Almond Liqueur 1.5 oz Licorice Liqueur 1.5 oz Brandy 4-6 oz Coffee 1 tsp Honey .5 – 1 Whipped Cream Add amaretto. cognac and anisette to a coffee mug. Fill almost to the top with hot coffee. Add honey and top with a puff of whipped cream.

Cafe de Paris 1 oz Gin .5 oz Licorice Liqueur .5 tsp Superfine Sugar 1 Egg White 1 oz Cream Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass. and serve.

General Lee 2 oz Gin 2 oz Club Soda 1/4 tsp Licorice Liqueur .5 tsp Sugar 1 oz Lime Juice fill with Ginger Ale Combine the lime juice. club soda. and sugar into a collins glass. Stir. then add ice cubes. anisette. and gin. Stir again. Fill drink with ginger ale. Stir well and serve.
