- 1.5 oz White Rum
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- .5 tsp Sugar Syrup
- fill with Champagne

- Shake the rum. the juice and the syrup with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled white wine glass and fill with sparkling wine.
