- 3 oz Raspberry Puree
- 2 oz Apple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Caster Sugar
- 0.5 oz Raspberry Puree

Instructions - How to make it:
- Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet. Garnish with raspberries. and serve.
